Reducer is the key content of concrete mixer, its quality of work directly affects the overall construction productivity. During the current construction process, the reducer is very easy to make noise and high temperature fault, which affects the use of concrete mixer to a certain extent.

1.The cause of noise failure of the reducer.
The causes of internal noise of reducer of the concrete mixer mainly include two aspects.
First, the foreign object appears inside the reducer in the process of use,which result in collision or friction of the reducer of concrete mixer, produce intense noise.
Second, the reducer bearing is damaged. As an important component of the reducer of concrete mixer, reducer bearing is directly related to the normal use effect. The damage of the reducer bearing is very easy to cause friction at the joint, which causes loud noise and causes the parts to be damaged or scrapped.
2.Maintenance and treatment of the noise of the concrete mixer.
In the process of maintain and treat foreign object failure of the reducer, the operator should stop the concrete mixer and clean up the foreign object in the reducer of the concrete mixer completely. When cleaning, the operator should dismantle and inspect the reducer, inspect the area where the foreign object exits comprehensively and observe whether there is any part damaged.
In the process of maintain and treat bearing failure of the reducer,, the operator should observe the damaged parts of the bearing and analyze the huge noise that may appear on the bearing, and observe the friction condition of the bearing.The noise of conventional reducer has very high uniformity and the overall noise is low. When the bearing is damaged, the noise will increase and fluctuate. After checking, the bearing should be replaced in time if it is damaged.
