During the operation of concrete batching plant, it is necessary to do the daily check work, which can prolong its service life and reduce the cost of batching plant. Therefore, the followings should be done.
1.Check the working conditions of lubrication points of each rotating part, supply lubricating oil timely.
2.Check the amount of lubricants, supply lubricants timely.
3.Check the oil level of the oil mist set on the pneumatic system once a week. Use lubricating oil with a viscosity of 2.5~7°E.
4.Open the drain valve once a day to drain the water from air compressor and the gas tank.
5.Fasteners (such as bolts and nuts) should be regularly checked. When they are loose, they must be tightened in time, especially for some spare parts that are subjected to variable amplitude load.
6.Check whether the equipment of water supply, gas supply and admixture system is normal or not.
7.Check whether the electrical control system and the instruments are normal or not.
8.Check whether the mixing shaft and drum of the concrete mixer are clean or not. If there is too much concrete on the mixing shaft, it must be manually cleaned.
9.Regularly clean or replace the filter in the powder tank and dust collector. When cleaning, it can not be washed, only can be cleaned by blowing or soft brush.
10.If the downtime is more than a week, materials such as cement, water, additive and aggregate in the weighing hopper must be emptied, clean the concrete mixer and discharge hopper, so as to avoid material hardening.
