High temperature fault and maintenance of the reducer.

Reasons for the high temperature of reducer.

There are two main reasons for the high temperature of the reducer. First, the reducer has a large bearing load during the process of use. The heavy load condition intensifies the friction between the bearings, the friction heat generates local high temperature of the parts and machinery.

Second, the oil viscosity is too high or too low during the reducer use. The viscosity of the oil can greatly increase the load of the bearing, result in great heat. When the oil viscosity is too high, the overall liquidity greatly reduced, bearings need more power in the process of operation, this part of power is easy to convert into heat energy, cause acceleration temperature to rise. However, When the viscosity of the oil is too low, the lubricating effect is reduced and the friction resistance is increased, which also causes the increase of power during the operation of the bearing.

Maintenance and treatment of high temperature of reducer.

In the process of maintain the high temperature reducer, the operator should control the reducer bearing of the concrete mixer, regularly check the bearing, and observe the overall usage of the bearing. The bearings with abnormal friction should be adjusted or replaced in time to reduce the possible local heat. The operator should strictly control the viscosity of the oil, calculate the density of the oil according to the equipment requirements and operating parameters, select the viscosity grade reasonably to reduce the possible local high temperature.
